Step 2: Choose size, head type, and extras
In the configurator you decide how your bobblehead should look: sizes from 15 to 23 cm, classic spring bobblehead or fixed head, plus extras like engraving, gift box, or a themed base. You always see the price directly – a single figurine starts at €79.95.
Step 3: Free design preview before production

Step 4: Hand-sculpted – not mass-produced
Now your figurine is created from polymer clay (FIMO) – sculpted by hand, not 3D-printed and not cast. Face, hairstyle, outfit, and accessories are shaped individually. The material is EN 71 tested and EU-REACH compliant. The difference to 3D printing: Bobblehead vs. 3D printing
Step 5: Painting and the bobble mechanism
After sculpting, the figurine is hand-painted: skin tones, eye color, hair color, and clothing details. For the classic bobblehead, the spring is then fitted between head and body – creating the characteristic charming nod.
Step 6: Quality control
Before shipping, we check every figurine: Does it match the photo? Is the paintwork clean? Does the head bobble correctly? Only pieces that pass this inspection leave our workshop.
Step 7: Safely packaged on its way to you
