Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about ordering, photos, material, lead time, shipping, returns and gift packaging – everything about WobbleWorld custom bobbleheads.
How does the express option work and what does it cost?
Of course we offer express service. A flat price would not be fair: costs depend on the destination, weight, number of figurines and available shipping options. Our Wackelwelt team reviews each request manually: is your requested date feasible, and is the time saved worthwhile compared with the total cost? We contact you directly within 24 hours during business hours to discuss options, timing and costs. Selecting the express checkbox is only a non-binding inquiry, not a booked express service. We do not guarantee express service or your requested delivery date before our final confirmation of feasibility, timing and costs and your explicit approval. Any additional costs require your explicit approval and are paid separately. Express becomes binding only once this additional payment has been made. If express is not possible or you consider the quoted costs too high, before paying the express costs you can choose to continue your order with standard delivery or cancel the entire order free of charge; any amounts already paid will then be refunded. Once express has been commissioned through the additional payment, voluntary cancellation of your individually made order is no longer available. Your statutory rights, particularly regarding defects or unfulfilled contractual obligations, remain unaffected.
