Important Notice About Personalized Products
Personalized bobbleheads are goods made to customer specifications. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, no right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal for Standard Goods
For non-personalized goods (e.g., vouchers, accessories), the following right of withdrawal applies:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., personalized bobbleheads)
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
