How we produce – openly explained
We believe in honesty over marketing gloss. Here's how our workshop model really works.
Wackelwelt is a workshop with an international network of in-house teams and long-standing partners in Europe, Asia and other regions. Depending on workload and capacity planning, we decide internally which team takes on an order – and this very structure is what makes consistently high quality, reliable lead times and fair prices possible in the first place.
What stays the same for you – always: the same quality standards, the same final quality control before shipping, the same free preview for your approval, and the same certified polymer-clay materials (EN 71 · EU REACH).
What we don't do: We don't mislead anyone and we never advertise claims that aren't true. Which location handles a specific order is an internal capacity decision – not something we communicate individually. Naming every sculptor per order is not organisationally feasible and would noticeably hurt lead times and price.
Need EU-only production? Just tell us. On request we offer it via an individual quote with a matching contractual agreement – the same way we do for larger corporate clients.
