Is the WobbleWorld gift card a real last-minute gift?
Yes. It is the ideal last-minute gift: after payment you receive the personalised PDF by email within minutes. Print it at home or forward it digitally – even on Christmas Eve, on the morning of a birthday or shortly before a wedding.
How quickly do I receive the gift card after ordering?
Usually within 1–3 minutes of payment. The PDF is generated automatically and sent to the email address you provided – 24/7, including nights and public holidays.
Can I give the gift card away today?
Yes. Because the gift card arrives as a high-quality digital PDF, it works perfectly as a spontaneous last-minute present. Print it on nice paper, slip it into a card – or send it directly via WhatsApp, email or AirDrop.
Which gift card value makes sense?
A classic personalised bobblehead (18 cm) starts at around €89, a wedding cake topper couple at about €159. You can choose any amount – most customers gift between €50 and €200.
How long is the gift card valid?
Three years from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is clearly printed on the PDF, leaving plenty of time to choose the perfect photo.
How does the recipient get the gift card?
You receive the PDF by email and decide how to hand it over: printed inside a card, forwarded as a file or shown together on a tablet or phone. You can also enter the recipient's email address directly in the wizard.
Can the recipient use the value freely?
Yes. The code works as a discount code and can be redeemed for any figurine in our shop – wedding, golf, pet, profession or keychain.
What if the chosen figurine costs more than the gift card?
The recipient simply pays the difference at checkout – with Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or instant bank transfer. If the figurine costs less, the remaining balance may be usable for a later order depending on the configuration.
Can I personalise the gift card?
Yes. In the wizard you can add the recipient's name, the sender and a personal message. Everything appears in the PDF in our elegant atelier design.
Is the gift card suitable for Christmas, birthdays or weddings?
Absolutely. Shortly before Christmas, a birthday or a wedding the digital gift card is the most relaxed option: nothing to pre-order, nothing to ship and no dependency on delivery times.
Do I need a photo to buy the gift card?
No. No photo is required to buy the gift card. The recipient uploads their favourite photo later, when redeeming it in the configurator.
Which payment methods are available?
All common payment methods in our secure checkout: credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and instant bank transfer. For buyer-protection reasons we do not offer PayPal.
Can I cancel or exchange the gift card?
As long as the code has not been redeemed, you can cancel within the statutory withdrawal period. Just send a short email to support@wackelwelt.de.
