Important: this preview is not an AI simulation – what you see later is already your real figurine, handcrafted from polymer clay, based on your photos and descriptions.
Step 03 · Until you're satisfied
Revision rounds
Not 100% satisfied? No problem! We'll revise the draft until it's perfect. Simply let us know by email what needs adjusting – free revision rounds included.
Step 04 · Your decision
Your approval
Once you're happy with the draft, you approve the production. From this moment, your figure enters final manufacturing – this step cannot be reversed.

Curing & Assembly
After approval, your figure is carefully cured, hand-painted, and mounted on the base. This process takes approx. 2 days and ensures the highest quality and durability.

Packaging & Quality Control
Every figure undergoes a final quality check. Then it's carefully and securely packed in our gift packaging to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping & Delivery
Your figure is shipped insured to your door. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package at any time. Within Germany, your figure arrives in 2-3 business days!

How long does the entire process take?
From order to delivery, it usually takes 7-10 business days after design approval. You'll receive the preview after approx. 2 business days.
What happens if I don't like the preview?
No stress! You can request as many revision rounds as needed – completely free. We'll keep working until you're thrilled.
Is the preview an AI simulation?
No – and that's our promise. Our preview is not AI and not a render, but already your real figurine, handcrafted from polymer clay, based on your photos and descriptions. What you see is exactly what you will later hold in your hands.
Can I change the order after approval?
After production approval, final manufacturing begins. No changes are possible from that point. That's why we take extra care during the preview phase!
