Our pickup point in the middle of Munich: in the city center, easy to reach – ideal if you live or work in Munich and want to collect your finished figurine on the way.

How pickup works
Four steps from your photo to the moment you hold your figurine in your hands.
1. Design your figurine
Upload your photos and configure your bobblehead in the configurator – outfit, pose, accessories.
2. Approve the preview
You receive a free digital preview and can request unlimited revisions. Production only starts after your approval.
3. Book a pickup date
After about 10 working days your figurine is ready. Arrange your pickup appointment by phone, WhatsApp or email.
4. Pick up in person
Collect your figurine at the agreed location, check it on the spot and take it home with you.

Shipping as an alternative
Pickup doesn't work for you? No problem: we ship your figurine securely packaged to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and all EU countries.

Where can I pick up my bobblehead in Munich?
At two locations: at our partner Second Music & Fun in central Munich (Theresienstraße 114-116, 80333 Munich) or at our workshop in Pliening near Munich (Geltinger Str. 13, 85652 Pliening).
Do I need an appointment for pickup?
Yes. Pickup is by appointment only. Simply book a slot by phone, WhatsApp or email – then your figurine is ready for you at the agreed location.
When are we reachable for pickup appointments?
We are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm to arrange your pickup appointment.
Can I buy a figurine directly at the pickup station?
No. The pickup station is not a point of sale. Orders are placed online via the configurator, and the figurine is sculpted in our workshop after you approve the free digital preview.
Can I have my figurine shipped instead?
Of course. If pickup is not convenient, we ship your figurine securely packaged to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and all EU countries. Shipping within Germany is free from 150 €.
